Hello out there !!!
Here comes the February newsletter from Ness.
I am sitting here by my desk looking
out of the window, and finally I see winter outside. It's snowing, and hopefully
we can go skiing next week when we have our winter holiday.
February has been a month full of
theatre-work. All of the pupils in 5. - 7.class has roles in "Snowwhite",
and they have had three weeks with reading rehearsals.
There are a lot of songs in the play,
and the pupils in 2. - 4.class are choirs. So they have had song rehearsals. We
are going to carry out five performances, and we have invited all the other
schools and about twenty kindergartens in Verdal.
At this moment about 120 spectators
have announced their presence. So we have passed the point of no return. We wish
that we could have invited all of you to, but I guess that will be difficult.
But an invitation to Sem school is posted today.
February is carnivaltime. The
following pictures are from the carnival in our kindergarten.

Of course we're not only doing
theatre. In the music-lessons we are dancing. We're
Having courses in waltz and
reinlender ( I'm not familiar with an English name of this dance). We think that
dance skill is very useful for youngsters, and good preventing work. And as you
hopefully can observe from the pictures below, the children in 3. And 4.class
are enjoying the lesson.
